Really bad shopping experience ever! Never seen such an untrustworthy dealer ever 1 - the car we bought has no brand logo sticker, no Bluetooth and even no tidy up. the sales man promised they will provide them when they have them ready in few days. 2 - however, they never did. All the excuses such as holiday or out of town blah blah. they will do nothing after you paid, whatever they promised. 3 - such a liar sales man and a car dealer not worth to trust. 4 - u dont believe it? go and buy a car then.
Cant fault them! Andrew was great to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly, made the process super simple and straight forward. Would happily go through these guys again.

I write this review about 2weeks after I bought my car from them. I have been visited both branches. The owner of the city branch gives me a piece of information about West branch friendly. And John in West dealership, he is really nice person. I inspected cars without pressure. After I bought my car, there are several small troubles such as jog dial was stuck in the right-side. And He arranged and figured everything out for me. He knows how to treat his customer. He is super kind and truely has looked after my car. They have a good European car selection. Highly recommend!
Great and seamless car buying experience ! Andrew was very attentive , honest and accommodating , he is a great bloke and very knowledgeable and focuses on cutting costs so he can deliver best deals on the cars. After agreeing on the price he arranged all the wof , rego and paperwork pretty quickly and kept me updated through the process. Highly recommend !

I highly recommend this business. Car dealers tend to have a bad name but John is the opposite of those kinds of dealers. He is not even slightly pushy, and in addition, he is very friendly, helpful, and genuine. If I could choose to buy my car from any car dealer in Auckland it would be his. BMW120i. Have restored my faith in car dealers, had not bought a car from a dealer for many years but was very pleasantly surprised by the professional service and attitude from John at Henderson, very friendly, very helpful. I specifically asked for 4 things to be attended to on the car before pickup, aerial, cut and polish etc and everything was attended to down to the smallest detail, car was immaculately presented and parked out front ready for collection. Price paid was about 10% cheaper than opposition prices, so a good deal all round, very happy customer, would deal with John again, highly recommended.
Highly recommended. Bought a land cruiser prado from Universal and had a fantastic experience. I dealt mainly with Chris and John who I found to be professional, transparent, and communicative. Vehicle was in excellent condition and offered to fix small issues that I expected them to be otherwise unconcerned with. Vehicle was prepared and sorted quickly and to a high standard. A cut above the rest when it comes to dealers, especially among importers.
