By far the BEST staffing agency I’ve worked for, and I’ve worked for numerous agencies. I was with Action for many years before relocating due to 2020 and they ALWAYS took care of me. Not just in terms of having jobs for me, but most importantly they held the jobs to a standard of respecting me for the very hard worker that I am. Action always made sure that I was happy, just as much as they make sure the client job is happy. I can’t say enough about them. Chris, the manager, is a great person, very respectable.
This was my first time going to a temp agency & my experience was positive. I met the owner & he’s very welcoming & has great energy. I applied for work & started working within the next 2 days. They sent me to hello fresh & the hours are great. I had to wait 2 weeks from when I started working to pick up my check & I had no problem getting my money.
What can be said about being employed here well its soooooo much its ashamed too have to be petty to be heard but comments & reviews go's very far so here I am taking time out my day to speak on being employed here I live in Camden NJ my card was loved but yet due to shameless company not having a office local u have go way up north jersey for a replacement card when u give a official banking & routing they denied it because it seems they make money off of the card provider they expect so much out of u in return u get nothing but a hard way to go & its ashame I even gotten hurt on a job site that they wouldn't even step in to make sure they're employees was good but yet made sure to block me from receiving my unemployment if u work or attempting to work for this company make sure u focus on how the business is being handled in ur favor because they will use & abuse u up
Action staffing sent me on a job call JFC international Inc which are very long hours if you pressed for making money and living just for the job alone, also if you need any documentation to hat you worked for Action Staffing you will not be provided with The necessary documents that you need. I’m not cut out to work 14 hours a day nor do I appreciate the services that I am getting from the agency and I hope that I get my check for the three days that I’ve worked.
Not a good place to work at they treat you bad but if you just coming out of prison or are that desperate you got to do what you got to do
They kept stealing money from my paycheck and after the third time I said something and was told by one of the representatives from the agency that my hours would be made up for and sent to the agency but when I got to work the next day they DNR me. I worked as a temp at Hellofresh. I am a student and was on break for the semester and was only doing this for 2 months until I went back to school but if you’re looking to get a permanent job out of them look out for their scams. Best luck to all.
This agency will make it seem all pretty and nice in the beginning but will play around with your paycheck and wont think twice of letting you go. This agency is all about numbers, they won't give you the proper treatment as an employee. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
These people are the worst agency ever I got randomly told I was terminated from a job site I call the office the next day and was told I wasn’t fired there was no work so me I called the supervisor from the spot I was working at and he tells me I can’t work there I was terminated I then go back the next day and they tell me I need an email so I tried that go call the supervisor and tell them I need an email and to cut it short they fired me for no reason just cuz they didn’t like me
