Such a fun place to visit. Plenty of parkj g. We come ten pin bowling here quite regularly. Staff are very helpful. You can also grab a yummy coffee.
I booked the karaoke room for my daughters 11th birthday. The room is amazing. Lots of fun props, big comfy couches and completely private. They had a great time. The service was great, the food came out quickly and was delicious. I have forgotten the name of the lady who helped me when we got there this morning, but her service was awesome. Money well spent!
Thank goodness for this place on a rainy day! Up camping and had run out of things to do and discovered it. I did feel like there needed to be more staff in the play area enforcing the rules especially to bigger kids who were very rough and also kept going in the under 3 area. The bikes were becoming a hazard too so maybe on super busy days they stay away as I saw a lot of people almost get hit with them. But overall a great place, friendly counter staff and kids had the best day and asking to go back again!
Absolutely poor service. Paid for a party package from 10 - 12. Food came out at 11.15......to be told 10 minutes later at 11.25 that we had 5 minutes to get everything out. Party was 10-12 not 10- 11.30! Should be a period of time between parties for cleaning, not encroaching on someone's booking time. Staff were extremely rude about it also. Won't be booking a party again, shame for your business as we have 4 kids.
A great indoor spot however getting a little bit run down I noticed today lots of stuff is broken. The ball machine in the space area has been broken now coming up 2 years. I think places in Nelson think they can get away with it because we have limited options here but this place has no concession cards and chipmunks is way better + cheaper just not in Nelson. Please see this as a sign to start fixing things team or you will get negative reviews and people like us won’t come as regularly.
