Rates and user pays make the a quirky little gym, you can watch kids playing during the school holidays while doing lat pulldowns. Staff are professional courteous and kind. The gym dressing rooms are clean tidy and well appointed.Not only hair dryers, there is also an ironing station
Great place to exercise. They run LesMills classes, so check the group fitness timetable. Inside is small gym and basketball court as well. Holiday kids programs and other fun stuff.
Low score based on cleanliness of facilities. The gym and group fitness rooms were so dirty and smelly. Yuck! The carpet in the group fitness Class was so disgusting, it was sticky. The staff however were all lovely, friendly and welcoming.
Cool little venue for indoor sports but let down by refs. Netball is very physical and not suitable for beginners, and is very bias and not suitable for competitive teams. It's a great price but you get what you pay for.
Love this place. Body pump and body attack with Karen & Rochelle just make my day. Love these instructors and love the lovely staff and the other woman in the classes. Soooo good !!
Highly recommend brownsbay fitness classes ! Love body attack with Karen . Enjoyed my free trial , great memebership price so excited to join.
Great place for a workout, or you can attend classes. Unfortunately Covid had made chances necessary
Nice unpretentious venue that does the basics well with good parking within five minutes walk.
When to go for a shawer paid for it but water was cold with no pressure
Great! Would be nice if someone would answer the phone instead of answer machine
