Really like professional advice I was provided. I will give 5 star rating for that.nnMake sure you have your passport or drivers licence ready to see the dentist. They have strict security check. Make sure you’re past it.nThey make me feel uncomfortable when they ask for my ID after I payed my bill in full. I didn’t have this experience with medical procedures, beauticians and shops.nI thought there only banks, police and flights we should provide our ID.nI have concern to provide my ID to everyone. What happens with the data?
Access Dental Nelson is absolutely fantastic. They are kind, gentle, respectful, great communication, I can’t fault them. From my dentist Lindsay, hygienist Paula, and the whole team from reception to the dental assistants, I highly recommend. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
What an amazing team of people here! Had a cleaning with Paula the Hygienist and it was undoubtedly my best experience ever. She is so bright and welcoming but also professional and takes time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I actually had fun and who says that about a dentist visit!nHave just moved to Nelson, this was my first visit and so happy to have found the wonderful staff at Access Dental.
Wonderful experience. Receptionist was friendly and super helpful booking me in, were full up after Easter then called me back the next day as they had a cancellation. Very affordable pricing for checkup and xray. Richard was lovely, calm, gentle and great at listening to concerns and explaining reasons for referral to further services. Glad I chose to come here after not visiting dentist for a while.
Great service. Amazing at dissolving any nerves you may have associated with seeing the Dentist! The whole team are friendly and accommodating for your needs. Special shoutout to Paula for the outstanding care and service provided!
