A.G.E. Centre for Exceptional Learners is committed to providing a caring, supportive and appropriately challenging learning environment for gifted learners who are not currently thriving in mainstream school environments.
Our aim is to create opportunities for gifted children to be taught and cared for in an environment that allows them to achieve socially emotionally and academically.
The Centre operates on the basis of 'Gifted First' - this is a strengths-based view of catering for gifted learners that does not exclude anyone on the basis of any coincidental learning, physical or health challenge. Each student will enjoy a Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP), tailored to their particular needs.
We warmly welcome the involvement of parents, other members of the child's family/whanau, and interested people from the wider community.
