Michele assists couples wanting to achieve Pregnancy by optimising their health prior to conception. Couples are shown how to chart their cycles and to take advantage of timing techniques,so that they in a better position to achieve and sustain a health pregnancy.
As well as recommending the couple consider other complementary therapies such as Acupuncture, Yoga and Meditation as an adjunct to their healing Michele may offer the following therapies. These may include Nutritional support and Personalised Eating plans, Personalised Yoga programme (to promote the health of all body systems), Reflexology, Bach flowers, Herbal medicine, Massage and Anthroposophical compresses.
