Story

We started Absolute Wilderness because we wanted tasty freeze dried meals for our outdoors adventures. It turns out thousands of other kiwis were looking for the same thing too.

All of our meals are 100% freeze dried to make them ultra light-weight and quick rehydrating, vacuum packed to make them low volume and rigorously taste tested to ensure they perform anywhere.

The reason our meals taste like real food is because they are. We use real meat and fresh vegetables as well as awesome local ingredients like Marlborough saffron and savignon blanc wine to make a product that tastes amazing wherever you are.
