I have found my holy grail for skin care treatments and products. Staff were super friendly and really knew what the best course of treatment that worked for me. Best results I've ever had, skin is nearly flawless. Treatments and products are slightly on the pricier side, but they're definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend.
Was a faithful customer of About Face - particularly St Luke’s branch - for years. Even came back from Aussie to have treatments. Spent thousands of dollars on products, omnilux etc. However, things went wrong last year - a series of Fraxel treatments me left me with post inflammatory pigmentation and triggered melasma never had this before, no change in my hormones etc - everything checked. Have now had to spend $$$$ on dermatologist, peels, skin needling, high dose vitamin C, hydroquinone, niacinamide, Tretinoin cream. What really upset me was just the lack of acknowledgment. I will never use this business again. Going to source Pure Fiji elsewhere!
They have excellent customer service. I reached out to this store via email asking if it would be possible for me to purchase a trial size of a product they stock before committing to the full size and Paige, their team member who emailed back was more than helpful. She told me that the product I'm interested in doesn't come in trial sizes but she'd be happy to decant some into small pots and send them to me via courier. I would highly recommend this clinic based on my experience as their team members are friendly and very helpful.
I just want to thank everyone at About Face Mt Eden and Sylvia Park. Having been given a voucher back in 2016 i inadvertantly packed it away and found it 4 years later only to discover it had expired in 2017. Fast forward to jan 2021 and i contacted them to see if it was still possible to use it. They were fantastic... Not only was i able to use it but they searched for an appointment for me at 1 of their facilities on the same day. Appointment made... my skin feels amazing and I can't speak highly enough of this business.. .. True customer service.Thank you guys..I'll be back.
I've just left the Mount Eden salon after a Clarins facial with Ciara. My goodness, it was a fabulous experience. She is a real asset to your business. I've had many Clarins facials around the globe but this had to be the best by far. Warm and caring, professional yet personal. Bravo to you all on a job well done.
Hands down best customer service I've ever received...Anywhere! Was more than happy to rebook. Excited and confident to see some results too! The treatment was amazing. Feel a million bucks.
