For any men or women looking to transform to something better hard work involved but a fun relaxed yet full on workout. Weather it is looking to sculpt those abs or just wanting to see your abs we can work out a plan to get the results.
We currently run out of 75 Pascoe Street Nelson on Monday,Wednesday and Thursday from 5.30 pm till about 7.30 pm for the men.The women class is at 5.45 am Monday and wednesdayAt this stage these are the only times available, but if there is enough interest in other times then more times could possibly be made.
We usually split into groups those looking to build and those wanting to tone/ loose some of those excess kilos :)
The ones who are building focus more on heavy weight and lower reps to sculpt those mean bodies of iron.
While the toners workout usually consists of a full on cardio session to get your heart and lungs going. Then weights to finish off.
We offer facilities to do Bench Press, Squats, Dips, Pull Ups, Incline Bench, large area for sprints, shuttle runs, tire flips/drag etc. We also have numerous bars and loose weights for any other exercise you would like to do. Be it Curls, Shoulder Press, Up Right Row, Dead Lifts etc.
We also finish off the workouts by hitting the core by doing Planks, Side plank, Leg Raises, Medicine ball sit ups the list goes on. Finally we finish with some cool down exercises to make sure you can still walk in the morning :)
The cost for this is $2.00 per session. Concession cards are available for 10 or 20 sessions or you can become a member by setting up a automatic payment which is only $5.00 a week. This goes toward new equipment and making things better for all those who attend :)
