Lovely and close to hospital. A touch dated. Water pressure a bit average. But had everything you need for family holiday. Cooking etc
Stayed here with my daughter after her surgery at Waikato Hospital, owner was lovely and accommodating, location excellent right by the hospital and shops/takeaways 2 minute walk up the road. Was a little noisy being right by the busy road but we werent too bothered, it was comfy, clean and relaxing after a long day at the hospital
My wife and myself and daughter and two friends stayed here was really nice and homely had a great feal to the place we both had a great sleep

The owner operator was amazing. So lovely and welcoming. Stayed here while mum was in hospital and the owner just made me feel so at ease amongst a horrible situation. Rooms were well taken care of. Absolutely recommend especially for the great service.
