I can't fault their customer service, in fact it was the best service i have ever received from any car dealership. I bought a lovely BMW 7 Series 2019 and I'm very pleased with it. Definitely recommending AA Performance Ltd. for your next car!
I recently purchased a car here and had a mixed experience. Customer service was nice, however was underwhelmed by AA Performance and handing over a vehicle with several major maintenance items cracked front windscreen, limited tire tread, unclean exhaust tips and dirty cabin with limited to no willingness to help resolve before pick up I left feeling underwhelmed and not having a great customer experience when purchasing my new car.

I had a great experience buying a car from an independent dealership. Aki & family are knowledgable and friendly without being into the ‘hard sell’ nonsense. I bought a BMW 5 series and so far, so good! I love it and it’s giving me hassle free driving plus it looks great! :

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. Had an amazing experience buying my little dream car! Everyone at the dealer was polite, caring and very courteous. Nothing was a problem and the guys answered my numerous calls and emails without any issues at all. Sales were non rushed, friendly and definitely not pushy.... a refreshing change! I will be back to buy my next little dream!
Excellent service from start to finish. The whole deal was conducted without me seeing the car I was buying or AA seeing the car that I was trading in. Despite that, everything went very smoothly and Aky was as good as his word on all issues. The whole team was incredibly helpful and did what they said they would, when they said they would. I would definitely recommend AA to anyone and expect to be back again next time I'm looking to change.
First time I have purchased a car from Aki and his team. Outstanding customer service, from start to finish the whole process was seamless. I was given a very good price for my trade in and drove away a brand new Nissan GT-R in a matter of hours. The price was cheaper than the main dealer saving me money on a luxury sports car. Very courteous, professional and personalised service. I would recommend AA performance as I have found it to the best experience in purchasing a new car to date. Im already planning on buying another car very soon from Aki.
I cannot fault these guys. I have never known a dealer like them. I live on the most East Point of England so buying a car from someone nearly 300 miles was a bit scary. But they had the one I wanted. I had an RAC check done which pulled up a couple of faults. Once they had fixed those, I went and picked the car up. 3 weeks later, the front diff went £4600 quote from local dealer. AA Performance sent a driver down, picked it up, fixed it, and then drove it back to me, full tank of petrol for my inconvenience. A week later they called me to make sure the car was ok. And to think I thought I was going to have a fight on my hands. They did even offer me a full refund. You can buy from these guys with full confidence. They didn't mess me about and I'm 300 miles away. I WILL be back. Thankyou
