I went into AA this morning to renew my licence. I was very disappointed in the service I received from the 2 ladies at the desk. Very unfriendly & rude. When I asked how they were they barely interacted with me I felt ignored & unwelcome. I will not be returning to this branch. Terrible customer service.
The office wreaks of cigarettes, the ladies on the front desk have zero PR skills. One in particular that I dealt with couldn’t have been less helpful and informative if she tried, just tactless and rude! Either they’ve been in their jobs too long or are incredibly under qualified for their position! I ended up walking away none the wiser and not having been able to renew my license that day. Will be travelling out of town to another AA to seek guidance and adequate assistance.
What an incredibly positive change the AA business has undergone since I was last in there. The two new staff are happy, friendly, helpful and engaging. I will definitely stop sending people out of town, now. Keep up the good work, Ladies. I appreciated your kindness towards the young lady I had with me today. I bet pass rates have gone up from your relaxed way of dealing with people that puts them at ease. Thank you!
Unfortunately every time we have used the services here, the experience has been horrible. I tried benefit of doubt but each time was the exact ugly service. Older woman at desk talks to you in a demeaning manner, witnessed several customers before me receiving the same service. She does not clearly explain requirements and gets obviously irritated and has no problem expressing this. My son’s first experience was getting his learner license and he refused to go back leaving all his documents which I had to later plead to get back.
This us the worst AA branch Whakatane. In NZ I’m sure. I arrived there needing to do a quick message and there was a sign on the door. One in one out and the door was locked’. I didn’t have time to wait! Totally ridiculous!!
