Bad customer service from the old lady working there. We are foreigners and bought or first car here and had a lot of questions, but when we felt she was annoyed of us even being there, we didn’t feel like asking her anything. We would have wanted to pay for a longer rego but felt we just wanted to get out as quickly as possible, out of her way.nnShe also spelled my name wrong even though I had written it down and she had my passport in her hand and when I tried to correct her, she pretended not to hear me.nnNever coming back here again.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I am in disbelief.nMy experience with what I believe to be one of your team members in a mobile AA unit was appalling.nWhen I didn't pass the test the team member chose to demean me, scrunching her noise and stating condescendingly 'you didn't do so well then.'nI'm not sure what I was meant to say to that?nOr how this comment is productive and relevant to the services you provide?nMy appointment time was booked days prior for later in the afternoon, said team member still found the time booked a a major inconvenience. She was curt and obviously annoyed the moment I sat down - continuing to make comments about the late appointment time.nI spent $96.50 to be treated like a major inconvenience and then be basically belittled by this staff member.nConsidering I paid, only spent maybe 10 minutes doing the test itself and arrived 10 minutes early - I don't feel this treatment was warranted at all and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.nIf they were running behind prior to my appointment they could have simply asked me to rebook the test at a later date - I would have been happy to do so if it meant a remotely pleasant experience.nWhen I attempted to ask about the process around re-taking the test this process wasn't explained to me prior it seemed to anger her even further, I haven't taken a learners licence test before and wasn't sure of how the system worked.nIf you can I would suggest you go elsewhere, people give more attentive customer service over $6 cups of coffee than this woman did for almost $100 dollars.nI might add the man she was 'training' seemed nice and was treated in a similar curt manner.
Thank you for this incredible helpful person working so hard with an endless queue of people pouring into the office. For most of us being foreigners & unsure on so many bureaucratic papers it was a great relief to have her knowledge & support.
Very rude customer service from old lady sitting on the right hand side. Looks like she is knowledgeable however very arrogant and rude to people who is trying to convert their driving license from another country. They book appointments just to check paperwork and then another appointment for test. And they don’t even have appointments available for months. I found this process is designed this way so overseas people can struggle.nShame on you AA . Very disappointing.nYou guys not treating everyone same. Racial discriminationnnRest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Thank you ladies for your efficiency and good humour. After reading the reviews on google I was nervous about my appointment but they were so lovely and knowledgeable about the drivers license process. You don’t deserve the bad rap. Thank you!
