Stopped by to get my drivers liscence renewed. The only entrance was through the mall since they closed the one to the carpark.nIt was nice having someone greet you and help you find the forms you needed. The lines weren't too long but the wait was longer than expected based on the size of the line.nThe staff were friendly and it didn't take me long to get the renewal.
Today, I went to AA Meadowlands to apply for my full licence around 1pm, a lady wearing a badge with a Taiwan flag on it was very rude telling us to go home for no reason and that I cannot apply for a full Licence today, even when I had all the right documentation, while I was I still waiting in the queue. She was unprofessional and impolite, unnecessarily rude and being a nuisance.nnI was very upset and appalled by such incompetency.nnLuckily, another kind professional managed to help me get the job done, there was nothing wrong with my documents when the manager had checked it and I was able to apply for my full licence smoothly.nnWe are appalled by such behaviour, hopefully, no other customers will have to encounter this kind of poor service in the future.nnI normally do not like writing about bad experiences, but I just hope she does not waste other people’s time, by her poor behaviour.
I recently stopped by to have my drivers licence renewed. Was pleasantly surprised at how fast the process took. I was met by a friendly lady who directed me to the correct form to fill. Waited in the queue for 20 minutes and was attended to by another friendly lady behind the counter. Maybe it was a quieter time of dayjust after midday, or my good fortune. Either way, I'd like to think that the service has greatly improved from from my previous visit. Keep up the good work!
I went there for an ID verification and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Steph, who served me, seemed ready for her break, which affected the service. She appeared unfamiliar with the process and kept staring at the screen when I asked questions. When I mentioned that all my documents had been uploaded, she responded quite rudely, saying that AA is just an agent for the service and that she could only tell me what she saw on the screen.nnWhat made the situation worse was that Steph rushed to leave as soon as another staff member returned, without giving a proper handover. I had to repeat the entire process with the new staff, which was frustrating and time-consuming. The overall service could have been much better with clearer communication and a more professional approach.
SOOOO0000ooooo ROOD! I went when it was quiet. I was the only person in line. I waited to be called forward. I had my documents ready. I could not have been an easier customer to work with but the gentleman was RUDE from the moment I stepped up to the counter. They are terrible. Don't go to this office. Go to VTNZ Highbrook.
