Before I going there today, I have read through a lot of reviews about this branch now I have to say the current rating is absolutely fair and correct. The staff definitely needs to be further trained instead of giving the customer a wrong answer without checking. if I don't insist today, i will be sent home and have to come back again. The lady called NZTA confirming I was right. what I am not happy with, is if the staff does not know, should the staff say i am not sure and check with the manager or NZTA first? when I say I want to talk to the manager, the answer was we have no manager on Sat, ok , so she means she is the boss. I dont think this makes sense to me as no manager or no senior staff can be asked? I explained to her again about the logic and why I think her answer was wrong then she called NZTA and proved I was right, no apology.

Awful service. I went in to get my drivers licence replaced after loosing it and after queuing for 15 mins I was rudely told to fill out a form and to get back in the queue. They could have been more efficient by telling me to fill out the form before queueing!
There was a Chinese lady yelling at a guy, asking if he was confident about the test. The guy wanted to take the second test and was struggling to say ‘yes’ he didn’t seem confident at all. Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened next. The staff were rude, had bad attitudes, and were aggressive. I saw the guy leave, and I ended up waiting nearly an hour just to renew my driver’s license but I like the lady with the flower right next to her ear she is better
Superb service. Concierge at entrance gave me the right forms and directed me to the right queue. Waited only 8 minutes in line. Fast, courteous and efficient service for driver's license renewal.
