I had a fantastic experience getting my driver’s license with AA. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made the process super smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more pleasant experience.
This 5-star rating is for the staff member who eventually dealt with my inquiry, otherwise it would have been 1-star for the person before them.nnI had come into the office to have an identity photo taken for a NZ passport application, since I had been having multiple problems trying to do it online. I do not recall the name of the staff member, but she was European and probably in her 60’s. To cut a long story short, she was making suggestions about processing my RealMe identity which made no sense at all, real cart before the horse stuff.nnWithout so much as an explanation, she brusquely handed the query to a colleague. The kind of impression I got was an unsaid ”you can deal with this idiot.”nnTalk about a blessing in disguise! Monty could have not been more helpful, and within a few minutes he had completely solved the problem that the other staff member was not prepared to do.nnAll through, Monty’s attitude was exemplary. He was professional yet friendly, and at one stage said “thank you for your patience” to which I replied, “thank you for your perseverance” which brought a smile from Monty.nnThanks to his help, I have finally been able to complete my passport application online.nnThank you for your service Monty, it made my day.
Had been to drs today followed by visiting here for the 75 year age driver licence renewal . Early as we intend being away south around my June birthday. A lady did ask me what I was there for. My forms etc had all been filled in but no still waited in same line.nLong queue and just could not wait. Maybe a separate queue for this age bracket would help. Colleen
What a pleasant experience! Busy but highly efficient and friendly staff, enjoying what they do. Staff member checking people in queue had everything they needed ready, informative and helpful. Very impressed!
Yi is very efficient, professional, patient and smart driving school instructor.nI am a zero-experience road driver. He taught me from” brake” and “accelerator”, three point turn, parking, reversing, give way in rounder-about, complex intersection and multiple lanes, uphill and downhill, turning, signaling, observation , etc in one hour lesson. He will cover basically everything for the following lessons but asked you to do more and more perfect adhering to standards day by day so that you can drive safely and pass the test. He is very happy that you made mistakes during the lessons and correct you with his pad and drawing till you totally understand. Thanks a lot for his instruction to make me more confident to drive on roads with different scenarios. He is highly recommended.
