Filled out our application correctly, waited an hour in the queue then went through the usual process, waited 20mins to do the test. Then waited another 30mins to get the temporary licence only to find our application was entered incorrectly in the system and had to start over again and re-sit the test. Admittedly it was busy and we expected a long wait but you need to review the set up and processes at this branch to make it more efficient for your staff and clients.
I have been an AA member for 3 years and it was the most terrible experience this Friday at AA Constellation Drive. Really disappointed with the AA service and will never come to this centre again.nI presented my overseas driver licence and a translation to a lady to convert to a New Zealand licence. But the lady told me that my translation was not in the NZTA format and asked me to do the translation again. I showed her in detail and explained that it was translated by an NZTA authorised translation service and included everything she required. However she said she had 24 years of experience and insisted that my translation was invalid. Actually, NZTA do the translation in different formats. That lady knows only one of the formats and believes other formats are invalid. I do respect her experience but sometimes arrogance stops people from consistent learning and improving. Nokia had much more experience in mobile phone than Apple but nobody is using a Nokia smartphone today.nAs a AA member, I pay for the annual membership fee to get a better service, not the extra cost of time and money. Yes AA is the biggest agency in NZ with the most members in this country, but it doesn't mean that they don't have to provide ongoing staff training to update their knowledge and skills.nThen I went to VTNZ North Shore and they accepted my translation as a valid one.
WOW, what fantastically proactive and helpful service from Monty and his colleagues at Albany AA Centre. I went in to renew my Drivers Licence and the staff approached me asking how they could help, then directed me into the very capable hands of Monty who sorted out the whole process in mere minutes. I walked out with a renewed licence and a great deal of delight of the whole experience at the AA Centre - Constellation
I had a fantastic experience at the AA Constellation Drive branch. My English is not really good but the stuffs are very friendly and patient and helpful.Mr. Deepak provided me with lots of useful advice,very patient and carefully guided me through the process.Thank you very much.Highly recommend visiting AA Constellation Drive.
I’ve been there for a couple of times. The service was good except the staff called Monthy. I was asking for help and he said he was not able to help coz he needed to look other customers, but actually he was just walking around.The way how he talked to me very was pretty loud and some customers were looking at me and made me feel a bit awkward. I asked him that if him name is Monthy and he said yes and my manager's name is ***. Seems like he does not care customers' experience or complaints at all. A very disappointed experience this time.
