Perfect stars! They've got very helpful and friendly team to assist you with prescriptions and also they offer a free delivery for your meds if you're COVID+!!! Whattaa great team!!! Aside from these, they can also do heaps of things like COVID and flu jabs, passport photos, and AAlicensing like driver's licence and car rego! It's like a ONE-STOP shop for everyone! Thanks guys for serving the community!
Pharmacy staff with long hair was rude, I heard her talking about me to the other staff. She was a total snob and unwelcoming. Should teach your staff some manners!

Called to confirm the price of the item and got informed of the price, came all way and price written is similar to price informed though the call but charged higher during checkout just stating somebody labeled wrongly, what a waste of time and why does customer have to pay for the mistake of the staff
Overcharged: ripped off for an elective prescription that is $495 in herne bay pharmacy I was charged $550 here when queried the pharmacist statedsthat is how it is here hmmm well I don't recommend anyone to accept that is . to accept an 11% premium to simply shop there.
Amazing community service. I cant believe they deliver up to 3 items for my my sick child, she's tested positive for Covid 19 and the service is free. The amazing woman i spoke to on the phone even said if the delivery couldn't make it today, she'd personally deliver it to my house when she got off of work. I'm blown away! what an amazing community we have here in Queenstown.

We have just moved here a couple of days ago and have tested positive for COVID. Someone told us this pharmacy would give free medication if tested positive.. Now I don’t know if this is government funded or a local pharmacy initiative but the service was just fantastic . So friendly and helpful. Many thanks!
