A very long wait! Only 1 person attending a customer who looks like they had quite a bit to sort out. 8 people in line waiting, after 10 - 15 minutes a 2nd customer service representative arrived. Lined moved at a reasonable rate but was waiting 40 minutes to get seen to.
Some of the most unhelpful and rude staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rude, abrupt and very difficult to deal with. They do not take the time to explain the process, they offer no assistance and good luck if you ask for help,you are treated like an idiot. We dont all know the process or understand the equipment used,its your job to help us. They just sit there barking orders. If you're that unhappy in your job do us all a favor and leave.
Friendly and respectful. Quick to renew my license on a Friday afternoon. Lots of parking.
Took me more than 90min to renew my driver's license and there were only 7 people in the line before me
I feel sorry for the staff there, clearly overwhelmed by customers, and seemed to be learning on the job. There was a lot of conferencing with each other round a computer screen. Also, firstly we were told to take a seat, there was a sign saying 45-60 minute delay. After about 30 minutes we were told to stand up and get in line, as we were confusing council customers. We formed 2 lines at the 2 open windows, then as soon as a customer left one window they put up a sign, next window please! No apologies or comments. Clearly poorly trained and supervised as well as overwhelmed.
