A1 heat pumps have installed our fabulous Mitsubishi heat pump which we are very happy with. Great price and friendly helpful service Great team of guys came in and installed the unit and made some great decisions for us regarding the placement of the unit. Fantastic after sales service with a check done by Bavin once the install was complete and anything not right was rectified along with some helpful training and recommendations. I would definitely recommend A1 heat pumps if you are looking for quality service and experince well done A1 heat pump services
Great fast friendly communication and awesome customer service. Installed our heat pump within a week of accepting their quote. Highly recommend A1 Heat Pumps really happy with our experience dealing with the guys. Loving the heat pump!!
Poor communication, poor service would not recommend to anyone. It's winter It's cold and you guys have come more then twice and the problem is still current??? This speaks volumes for how your company conducts itself. Update: 8 am appointment I took time of work and there was no show then was told on the phone not to contact or ring them again and they didn't appreciate the attitude then hangs up ? It's funny how you guys cant do your job properly then spin on a customer when they are frustrated at the ongoing unprofessional process. Will be getting legal advice due to this company not rectifying the issue and poor customer service.
Very disappointed with this business communication skills. After giving my parents a date for installment, there was a no show from this company, not even a phone call or message to communicate that they will not be able to come out or to let my parents know that they would push the installment date to a month later. After several attempts to contact this business to find out what was going on with Installments, my parents finally got a reply back to say that they will not be able to come out to a month later. Not happy about the lack of communication skills that a business should have, this is not professional at all. I would not recommend this business to future costumers.
