I have tried yoga from time to time but never got the true yoga experience until i took Kate's classes. She molds every component together nicely. I wanted to increase my mobility in my hips and shoulder and found her poses and teaching style great!
I have attended a few sessions with Kate and would highly recommend her! She is friendly, easy going and her classes are calming and set at a good pace for both beginners and experienced yogi's to enjoy. After each class, I always feel my mind has been put at ease. You are awesome Kate! :
I went along to an amazing retreat where busy women came together and shared space with one another in a beautiful and tranquil setting. I came away feeling refreshed and revitalised, ready to embrace the next chapters of my life. Thank you Kate. Kelly Davis
