Worst experience ever. Do not rent with this company. We had numerous problems during our time at the property they didn’t do anything to fix any of the problems listed. When we moved out they charged us a bill of over £600 for damages which we had not caused. We left the home spotless and they find a reason to charge anyway for everything they couldn’t give us any information we needed and took weeks to reply and kept adding more onto the bill. They knew about certain things which were their fault and they still blame you and charge you for them. They’re horrendously unprofessional and will scam you. Many tenets also had the same experience.
Quick thank you for the absolutely scrumptious cake and hot chocolate my son and I enjoyed. Also the added treat for him. Wiseliving have an amazing and fantastic team. Always warm and inviting extremely inclusive. Once again thank you and season greetings you all. Warmest regards.
Cake was really nice, as was the coffee. My little boy loved the Christmas chocolate selection pack he got given. The people running it were really friendly too. Thanks for running it!
The process was made extremely easy by Ryan and the rest of the team at wise living from start to finish which took a lot of pressure away from me. I also wasn’t expecting the apartment to look as good as it does. I am really impressed with it and it’s somewhere I will happily live until the tenancy ends. Thank you all very much.

okay move-in and living experience but absolutely terrible check-out experience. even if you leave the place in a better/cleaner state you found it in - they'll still find faults in the most ridiculous ways!

Horrendous experience. The shower leaked the whole time I was there and they never sorted it. The carpet in the bedroom went mouldy due to the damp coming through from the leak. Customer service didn’t seem able to sort the problem. Then when I left the property they charged me over £300 which was not justified. Avoid!
Hot chocolate and the cakes were so good hopefully you’ll be bringing more
