Dr. Kanwal recommend a blood test to be done when it was already done and I had to show her the blood test from my phone to convince her. No attention to detail at all. Didn't take time to explain how to take the medication. Reception staff was friendly and professional.
The admin staff at the desk are ALWAYS cold and miserable. They never really want to help. The doctors are okay but I've moved on to a different doctor since one of their best left. It's often a fair amount of time to wait.
Over an hour wait for a booked appointment when there is no one else there. Happened multiple times Not reading/ replying to emails that they had asked to be sent through.
Waited there for 25 minutes and they still hadn't called me up. Had to leave so I didn't miss out on anything. Went back later waited 20 minutes again. The doctor was ver friendly and really nice though
