Constantly recommend Better You products - use magnesium oil spray daily to ward off aches and pains. My knees no longer creak and are much stronger. The oral sprays are easy to use and pleasant tasting. Unreserved recommendation.
These products are quite unique. I have only been taking in the last week the Vit D and Vit B12 and have felt the difference within two days of taking this having been very tired an excellent 'pick you up' ! Also i have used the amazing Magnesiom Flakes in the bath had a great and sleep really deaply . Cant reccomend these products more.
I am a Nutritional Therapist and chef who loves the better you supplements and recommend to all my friends and family. The Vitamin D Spray is the best on the market.
