This is the second time going to them... first time they put a Roof rack on my old Hilux, very poor service and workmanship, this time I went to them for a solar system for camping. Don't think he knows anything. Couldn't give me any info or ideas. Just wanted to start an argument.

hard to communication, never response,no one will follow you up,we confirm to go ahead to the job with our lc79 and the agreed date,but they do not sent us the confirmation to confirm the job,very disappointed,not recommended
Slightly long story, so bare with me here... I was due in Tauranga for a conference, and broke down just on the outskirts of Cambridge. Managed to get the car to these guys, who very quickly diagnosed a busted water pump. I rang an American car company starting with F in Cambridge, who politely told me to sod right off and try again in two weeks, so about as useful as t*ts on a bull, and they didn't even have the part i needed so if i wanted to go anywhere, id have had to cut a hole in the foot-well and Fred Flintstone myself to Tauranga. Truly professional levels of indifferent uselessness right there. Enter the worlds most helpful mechanic: 4WD Solutions however rang RepCo, unaskedsourced the part, and had it within half an hour. Then they stopped what they were doing pulled my car into the workshop and had at it. An hour later they were done and i was free to go. Can't give the good folks here enough credit. Would absolutely recommend. 5 stars

Stocked packed and sent parts for Hilux without fuss and as promised when the rest of n.z was struggling to get access to parts. Nice to deal with no hassles. Not fitted parts yet but look the business
Ordered an ARB bull bar, OME front suspension, and OME rear shocks in Oct 21 for my Hilux. It took ARB 7 months to get all the parts to 4wd Solutions, but 4wd solutions honored the original estimate prices even after prices shot up, kept me updated on delivery and shipping times, and got me in for installation right after it all arrived. Installation crew did a neat and tidy install never been so clean under the front of my truck!. The front end of the Hilux now is well behaved and mild mannered and no longer shakes the driver like a rat in a terriers mouth. Overall, I am very happy with 4wd. Just wish ARB would get its supply chain issues sorted.
Couldn’t recommend more, there aren’t many shop like 4wd solution in NZ. Great team know what they are doing, fantastic service and communication. Shoutout to Daniel and Steve for helping me. Would definitely coming back for more gears.
Booked for a WOF but time clashed with a medical treatment that was set down after and couldn't be changed. They allowed me to swing the time as long as I made it before 1600 hrs.. Much appreciated. Thanks.
