My parcel was signed and picked up by someone else from this place and they never gave me an explanation of who signed and picked up my parcel. This is unacceptable!
I think it would be easier if the road markings were changed and the angle parking was marked the other way to more easily allow traffic to drive in from Nevis Street to pick up their mail then exit on to the Esplanade, as a lot of the traffic already does this.
Was open at 7.15am on a Monday morning. Parcels there and handed over. Post lady helpfull and friendly for that time of morning. Just wish it opened in the weekend.
No issues with company but they have very grumpy and mannerless person on reception. No manners how to deal with customers. Old man must be late 60s
Impossible to collect a parcel if you work full time as they open 8 to 5 on weekdays only...
Not open Saturdays. What's the point in having a missed delivery/collection depot that is only open weekdays?
Opening hours make it hard to pick up
Once again, missed a parcel during a week, can’t pick it up on a Saturday, not even open for half a day.
