The manager of this shop thinks he is always right, rude, and very discrimanting. It just seems like he is living own his way and he thinks that is cool. Whatever the cut style they do, I am very disappointed of his attitude. His phone manner is awful, and he hangs up while customers are still talking. Will never recommend nor visit this shop again.Service: Hairstyling
I would if I could rate this salon and its staff with a zero but one is the minimum I can give. This salon, Mr Park and his offsider who he palmed me off to when I arrivedI had booked in with Mr Park ruined my hair.. I asked for an straight cut with around 2-3 inches trimmed, showed a photo of the cut I wanted, to be clear and walked out with short hair having lost all of my long hair which I have had all my life. She used a shaver, which was as first for me, not what I've ever experienced at vivo, my usual hairdresser but I was visiting Auckland and needed a cut. I am absolutely gutted with the hairdresser that i hadnt booked in with, apologising for taking 8 inches of my hair, rather than the 2-3 inches I showed her as wanting to be cut, leaving me with a lop sided bob I will need to have another cut to fix it that will take years to recover from and having the gall to charge me when done. She said you look younger as if this was ok. Do not ever use this hairdresser as your haircut may end up like mine. Absolutely gutted which only time will heal and I hope that as a result of my feedback that Mr Park and his employer lose businessService: Hairstyling
My son and I always have haircut here. Already several years. I've tried different hair styles, all terrific.Services: Kids' cuts
Very busy salon with only two hairdressers on the job. I had an appointment for a perm that eventually took 3 hours due to a full house. Although I felt my perm was a bit too tight and may have been left too long, they did the best they could for my thinning hair for which I’m grateful, and the service was great. My husband suggested google translate next time, which is probably a good idea, or bring a Korean friend to help communicate any concerns you have.
Went to get my fringe redone. Very professional and by far the best fringe cut I have hadService: Hairstyling
I love having my hair cut at this salon and since moving to Northland 2 years ago - I still return here. John washed, cut and styled my hair with speed and efficiency which, for a busy woman like me > was on point. It is Korean run and owned, with a small staff so I urge you to book an appointment because they are popular. Let's face it! They will not be everyone's cup of tea. If you want an hombre dye job or nice chit chat and pleasant small talk while you are in the chair, then visit a Western salon and pay more. For $40 I got a fabulous cut and great service. Thanks John and staff.Service: Hairstyling
Always busy, extremely popular hair shop. Hair cuts are amazing & perms stylish. Wish nobody else knows about the shop and its talented hair designers. With my latest hair style, my colleagues, regardless of their ethnicities and gender have been asking about the hair salon. Worth trip across town!
Hera cuts and styles very well and is very accomodating. While the guy is very discriminating. Should treat customers equally.Service: Hairstyling
Great hair salon! Every time I have been, they have always finished my hair in a way that looks natural and feels smooth. Even though the polite and well mannered staff are Korean and are used to dealing with asian hair types, my european hair is no problem for them at all. The price is super reasonable too! Thank you so much ~~~
A Korean hair salon located in the corner of Sunnynook, next door to Countdown. During my visit, i could only see male staff members; your experience may vary depending on your visit. They did a great job, not perfect but above average. They do have good taste. It is recommended you book by phone in advance, as it gets crowded during peak hours.
