Amazing experience from Mike! Took care of everything from the first phone call to stepping out of the boat with beautiful fish and lots of memories. Mike you are incredible with your knowledge and patience for the rookie fishermen and thank you for all your time. It was quite amazing to see the whales, a shy shark and lots if different fish around n thanks for making our trip really worth it and hope to see you again next time.

Great day out with Mike who was a fantastic host. Party of 6 incl 2 kids comfortably fitted on vessel, and Mike tailored the charter to our needs. Helped teach the kids and adults a thing or two which was great. Fished up snapper, trevally, pig fish, and fav of all granddaddy hapuku! Bonus was two different dolphin pods, and a whale breaching close! Highly recommended.

Three mates and I had a wonderful afternoon out with Mike on Saturday 26th November. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable, and his boat was really comfortable and safe. He also did a great job finding some good sized snapper and trevally for us, in tough fishing conditions. Will definitely be going out with Mike again soon.

The weather was not great but Mike found a few places to hide and it seemed the fish wanted to hide in the same places. So that worked out well for us! Mike knew what he was doing and put us onto the fish, including a great kingfish which was definitely something we were targeting. Thanks for a great day out Mike!

Had an AWESOME! day out with Mike on Fishmeister the other day. Stunning weather and scenery..., comfortable, roomy boat..., competent, entertaining and obliging skipper with secret fishing spots ..., loads of fish!..., and a spot of whale-watching to boot!! We had a great day out with Fishmeister. The fishing was tough, but Mike got us on it in the end and with a couple of monsters21lb,12lb Snaps earlier on it was a great day.Good size boat, we fished 4 Guys but you could have a couple more easily.

Fantastic charter, we had a great day on the water with Mike. Fishing conditions were tough, but Mike has sound local knowledge and by the end of the day we had a solid bin full of fish. Great skipper and an excellent boat would thoroughly recommend – Thanks again Mike!

Thanks for a fantastic days fishing! We could tell that Mike is a very experienced captain as he put us onto the fish straight away, we were constantly reeling in the fish! Highly recommend Mike and Fishmeister for a great day out fishing, a well set out modern boat that is comfortable and fast, meaning less time traveling, and more time fishing. We have done several trips out with Mike, all have been enjoyable thanks to the skippers enthusiasm and determination to ensure his clients have a memorable time. Very highly recommended!!
