Very bad experience. Do not trust the staff specially Store manager- Mr. Chinmay. He manipulates the things and put wrong information in the 2 degrees application. Very scary. I am suffering because of his action. So requesting all the customers to be aware of this store and specifically this staff. In process of making a complaint against him.
Do NOT use 2degrees. They lure you in with discounts but when you get the bill no discounts have been added. After waiting on the phone for an hour the rude lady said that there was no record of this even though there was a clear change in plan. They refuse to credit me for the money lost and I have to go back into the store to once again try and get this sorted. We will be moving to a new provide and will urge everyone we know to also.
I went there this morning for assistance about my network cables. The young staff member there told me he doesn't know what it is and I need to call Chorus. He even suggested I google their number. I felt I wasn't valued. I have been a loyal 2degrees customer for 10 years and to be fobbed off like that was really disappointing. This staff member needs to respect and appreciate customers who come in his store seeking help and not fob them off. 1 star from me.
Website says that you can cancel a plan by calling support or speaking to an agent in store. After 2 hours of being on hold, I went into the store only for the agent to tell me he "doesn't have the authority to do that," despite being the same guy who set my plan up in the first place. Now I'm back on hold, approaching hour #2 once again.
Customer service need to learn not to answer phone calls while a customer is talking to them
Chinmay was very accommodating and would go the extra mile to make me happy. He assisted me all the way through my plan and phone purchase. Hats off to the guy.
I have very bad experience with 2degre, after being customer for 8 years. I moved hous and canceled broadband. Have been advised that I need to return modem. That I will get courier bag a few day before I moved. Courier delivered on Saturday, but I moved on Thursday. When to shop, cannot help me. I need to call call center. I did and after a few minutes of explaining what happened the person said that he will resend the bag a put the phone down. He didn't ask for my new address. So I had to call again. Someone make mistakes and 2degre employees did not wanted to take responsibility for it. Definitely will go next time to different provider.
My morher in her 70s went into the store last week about something simple about her credit as she tops up and on day 2 she has none left even though she has not used it. The man she talked to was extremely rude and basically told her that she should just upgrade her phone. Even though he was the one that sold it to her not even 6 months ago and was also quite nasty to her then. I have rung up the 2 degrees line and had this problem sorted within minuits! For her now but why was it that he was so rude and looked like he simply couldnt be bothered? Would love to hear back from management about this one
Popped in to ask a question about a problem i was having with my phone and the staff behind the desk was too busy playing on his phone to help. Very poor customer service considering the store was empty.
I was killing time. Looked at phone upgrade for my partner, luckily the shop assistant had just finished with the only other customer in the shop. So I could get immediate attention, otherwise I would have just walked out again. They might get a sale from me but probably not as ordering the same phone online through other phone tech company gets a much cheaper price.
