We are located in our lovely, modern, relaxing clinic at 23 Hall Street, open monday through saturday, hours vary but we all do some late nights and saturdays. Its best to contact us for an appointment time to avoid disappointment. Like our page to receive the notification of the latest specials.

Roland was very efficient and professional. He was calm and very kind to me, even coming in on his day off for my second appointment.  Roland gave me some exercises to do at home and they have certainly made a difference to my problem. I do not like massage as a rule, but in this case I was desperate for help. After spraining both my trapezius & lower back earlier in the week, I hopped online and was grateful to see there was a spot available for a deep tissue massage the very next day! Unfortunately, I decided it was a great idea to go to work before my appointment and sustained a further two injuries glute & quad. I rang back to ask for an extension on my appointment. And I was so relieved! I came out feeling like a different person! Thank you to Roland and the team at 23Therapies for providing a professional and extremely caring service for this busy lady and I'm sure many others alike.  Much appreciated

Highly recommend!  Had the most blissful experience with Kathleen today at 23 Therapies. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, had excellent communication to insure I received the desired pressure and worked magic on all my aches and pains- literally melted my stresses away!
