Always loved coming here as a kid and gawking at all the PlayStation1 games while my parents shopped for their white ware and home appliances! The customer-service received here is always helpful, pleasant, informative and most importantly - not pushy. A lot of displays to view and some really competitive deals especially on white ware! The delivery options are really great as well considering I don't live local, they also give you the option to take away your old appliances at a good price! They also have a good range of payments options. Very excited to receive my new fridge and looking forward to coming back soon for a clothes dryer!
Went to one of the big appliance store no one even noticed us. So went to Leader & Watt in Palmerston North who I was not familiar with, got greeted when first walked in door had a fantastic sales person who forfilled our requirement and free drop off so job well done Jae
Just be aware that there is a $94 callout fee. They didn't tell you this before sending you an invoice. Basically, they came, spent 20 minutes on site, and quoted an expensive rip-off $417 repair cost. We found another electrician to fix the appliance with a total cost of $120. I am not happy with their service.
Even though some people are now not wearing masks, I surely have every right to ask a service person to wear a clean mask when visiting my home without being criticized for it. It's my home and my health. This was a 1 star rating due to the woman in servicing. But spoke to Mr Watt today! Wish I had done this sooner. At last a manager of a store and locally owned who treats you with utmost respect. Thankyou so much!
One of the few stores these days have big appliances stock onsite and able to delivered within a week. Good after sales as well if you are patient enough.

Knowledgeable staff. The delivery with installing fee is cheap and well worth it. The man that delivered my washing machine went through the basic operating instructions and added advice on keep machine clean. I will be shopping at Leader & Watt from now on.
Thank you David at Leader & Watt in Palmerston North for helping our Mummy and Granny select a new upright freezer today. We can rest easy knowing Granny and Granddad are well taken care of while we continue to lounge around at Little Critters Rescue in Whanganui.
That was a fantastic experience so so helpful and such a friendly service and the two delivery guys were great really reccomend this company.
