I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you are in the region. The view on both the mountain and town is fantastic, and so are the hosts. Breakfast with fresh eggs and bread was great. Feels like staying with friends, but better . Thanks for the hospitality

Stayed here back in 2018 and loved it. The host made freshly baked bread every night and in the morning eggs from the chicken :D Was there a couple of nights and would come back! Also recommended to a buddy of mine who will travel soon!Rooms: 5/5

Wonderful stay with Brad and Fujiko plus the cats. Brad was very enthusiastic for us to explore New Plymouth and gave us so much local knowledge on locations and food, as well as great conversation by the fire. Rooms were clean and cosy, and the location is quiet with great views of Taranaki if the clouds allow. Breakfasts included fresh baked bread and eggs right from the backyard. Thanks for the great stay!

Brad and his wife were not only amazing hosts but amazing people too. Extremely accommodating with an amazing house from top to toe. Plenty of parking on the street and even allowed us to park in their driveway. The rooms were immaculate with LOTS of amenities including heated blankets, water jugs and glasses, TV, closet, desk, chairs etc. The bathroom and toilets had everything you'll need. Brad even made us breakfast himself at a time selected by us. Brad was also a very lovely person to talk to and his house has an amazing view of Mount Taranaki/Egmont. I wanted to come back and stay another night but we had other plans to head further down NZ. To top it all off his house is just off the main drag of New Plymouth with quick access to the major highways. Would rate 6/5 if possible.

This is a bed and breakfast style accommodation. The hosts were great people. Had a choice for breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy. The amenities are also clean and tidy. Off street parking is available. The accommodation is close to just about everything. Highly recommend this accommodation.

One of the best B&B we had ever stayed. Brad & Fujiko are fantastic and super friendly! They're full of the local knowledge and always have some activities to recommend us for the day. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. There is nothing better than waking up to the smell of Brad's freshly baked bread and having organic eggs and freshly brewed coffee for breakfast.... The overall feel of the place was excellent. Brad & Fujiko maintained a high standard of cleanliness and our room was comfortable and cosy. And not forgetting the excellent views of Mt Taranaki from the comfort of the Living Room. Highly recommend to anyone coming to New Plymouth. Thank you very much Brad & Fujiko for giving us such a memorable stay. We truly enjoyed it!

This would have to be 5 stars if such a thing exists outside of the hotel world. They have 4 rooms which although compact are extremely stylish and comfortable. They serve a great cooked breakfast and have views over Mt Taranaki itself. The hosts are an utter delight - thoughtful, caring and generous in every way. Highly recommended.

My wife and I enjoyed the warm hospitality from Brad! He gave us a bunch of local recommendations during our short stay and even moved Mt Taranaki's clouds for us so that we could enjoy its beauty! His "froached" eggs and home made bread was so delicious. Such an awesome host!Rooms: 5/5

I rate this B and B Excellent, Brad and his wife make you feel at home. I had Ham and Eggs for breakfast, American style, and they were fantastic I will be coming back.
