Taranaki Owned since 1950 the Dimock Family have been part of the Taranaki Community for over 60 years. Starting small in Hawera they have since expanded into Stratford and Wanganui. My latest and last purchase from Dimocks was a dishdrawer dishwasher. The final straw was when I phoned within a week of installation to let them know the bottom draw wouldn't stay open always rolled closed. They refused to come back and correct the installation so that the dishwasher would work as you'd expect. Very disappointing as I was committed to supporting local.

Awesome service, will be back. Staff are friendly and go over and beyond to help.

Three people standing behind the counter,  one was on the phone. Walked past another,  again completely ignored. Went elsewhere and spent my money. Also the in store music was very loud.
