Bought a Beko dishwasher from here which was delivered and installed today, and our old dishwasher removed. Really happy with the service provided, and highly recommend.
Great service. We bought an oven for our bach, they delivered and installed it for us, for a reasonable price.
Our dishwasher blew up; Phil came out on a Friday late afternoon and installed a brand spanking new one. Top notch customer service, did it all with a smile although I could have understood if he didn't smile, given he had to crawl through under the house!. Really awesome to deal with. Thanks so much, Phil and the team at 100% Waihi!
Absolutely fabulous customer service!! Owner was very obliging when we were still making a decision 20 mins after closing time. We bought a double door fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Pravin delivered and fully installed both machines for us within just a couple of hours following purchase. We will be back for all our appliance and electrical purchases in future. It's great to have such a great range and awesome service so close to home!

Wish I had the service others have received .... 'support local' didnt work. I was told 3 days wait for an order and it is now 2 weeks without requested communication and explanation as promised so I am now buying online from another store.

Need to be more aware of service for the elderly. Be aware of the lack of knowledge in some cases with phones etc.
