Great specialty store - if you are into kitsets/models/trains this is the place to go plus the owner is a great guy. My grandson loves the place!
Would not honour the Consumer Guarantees Act and considers a children's toy which breaks within 2 hours of ordinary use in accordance with the instruction manual is of acceptable quality. That tells me all I need to know about this operator and Hornby products.
