Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Store had a good range of bikes in store and pricing was competitive. I have been very happy with the bike I purchased. Quoted cost for getting extras fitted was a bit steep - so would recommend doing this yourself. Overall a great experience.
Really helpful staff when asked various things about what suspension I should have on my bike for downhill and xc sort of mix, bits and pieces for lights and accessories. Hugely impressed, and very happy with their servicing as well, as they sorted out my chain and brakes super quickly.
