Staff at 99bikes is always friendly and helpful. I shop at Artarmon often, sometimes at Alexandria, and once I stopped at Stanmore too. Competitive prices, all shops offer consistently good service and I even recently got a free rear derailleur adjustment after chatting with a workshop staff. My preferred bike shop in Sydney.
