Austin was a legend! Helped me with pumping up my tyres, explained how to put tape on my handle bars which I am looking forward to doing myself, he was super thorough with his advice and also went through all the different phone holders! Genuine and just wanted me to get the gear that suited me and what I needed! I’ll be back for sure!!n:

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Miles at workshop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I called early on Saturday, and Miles happily offered to have me bring in my bike. He provided several options for fixing it and reassured me that it would be ready soon. True to his word, on Sunday, I received a message that my bike was ready to go.nnI was truly impressed with Miles's exceptional customer service and his willingness to help. He is definitely the right person to work in customer service. Well done, Miles! Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Amazing service, was able to get a chain replacement in just a few minutes!nnDenise was also kind enough to give me a bell and handlebar caps that I was also missing from spare parts around the shop!nn10/10, will go again!

Last Saturday, I had an unforgettable experience at the store. Despite it being closing time, a young technical assistant went out of his way to help me with a free part for my bicycle's brake, demonstrating a true act of kindness and generosity.

Whilst I had to wait for a sales person to become available, I was acknowledged, which takes a second and makes all the difference! Once Austin was free to find out what brough me in, it was a great experience. I particularly appreciated the questions they asked me and the simply worded but knowledgeable way they explained all my options. The bike that best matched my needs is one of the most popular e-bikes, so there wasn't one in store for me to test ride, but Austin clearly described how the ride on a similar bike was the same and how it slightly differed. I love that  99 Bikes offer an all in service plan and membership, which includes maintenance classes. There's a 1-2 week delivery date, I'm now like a kid waiting for Santa!
