Just bought a Tiramisu for birthday at Daily Cafe in Cabramatta and it’s not good at all. It’s just a normal birthday cake no Tiramisu, normal flavors too Decorate worse though, you shouldn’t book a birthday cake here in my opinion
Customer service is ridiculous. And they don’t seal any bread, and when the breads drop off on the floor, have to let customers to pay for it. And the most important thing is one of a young Chinese girl is so so rude. Never come again. Have a really really bad experience. My good mood is ruin because of this shop.
Never seen such a rip off place in my entire life. Ordered at 8:05pm 18/10. I paid full price for my tea and I was given a midway filled tea. The person didnt do it right as they need to scoop off the foam bubbles and put more tea in as the foam are just air. Only realised this after went on the train otherwise I would make a complaint right in the store. I used to work in bubble tea industry and this is such an insult to look at. All 85 degrees I have gone to never given such terrible experience. Please educate the staffs before they ruin the brand and the business
I bought a sausage bun with cheese on it this morning. The sausage inside the bread is so hard to bite into. Also the flour tastes a bit bitter.
Nothing much just went there with my friend to have lunch. Just for a change on different suburds. That's all. Anyway l enjoyed my Sunday outing very busy placeFood: 4/5
Bought the taro buns. I eat one n realise the flour is raw not cooked. They didn't even bake it till its cooked but packed it up for sale when flour still raw. Now I got a packet of raw taro buns.
Seriously taking mask off and putting your finger in nose while doing coffee. No thank you or smile or anything awful service. Just got a mocha today at 10am and the girl was so rude intentionally touching nose never going back
Me and my wife is regular for bubble tea here. But We feel unhappy to see there is one male staff with glasses so rud he is not a hospitality person. But I still like this cafe bubble tea tho
Terrible customer service and their products failed the reputation of 85 Degrees. Other stores are so much better. Will not purchase at this branch again.
Went in multiple times to this shop before deciding to give the 2 stars. I felt like the bubble tea pricing is such a rip off for the quality. I always end up regretting going to this shop rather than nearby bakery/bubble tea stalls. In addition to that, on each visit, i always felt like the staff are so unfriendly. ‍ maybe they dont like customers? It’s such sad to give 2 stars, while I actually love going to 85C in Taiwan. Maybe it’s just this particular branch? If you’re going in and out just to get bread and you are 100% with what you want, go ahead.
