Good place for the kids. Caters for parties and large groups. Downstairs viewing area for parents has a very limited scope to be able to see the kids. Upstairs viewing is better as you can see the whole complex. Needs to separate sections for general jumping and ball play so they don't affect each other.

Disappointed. Booked a bday party and used a groupon voucher. When we rang to confirm what can be included we were initial offered complimentary party room hire & drinks (water & cordial).  One week before party we emailed to confirm our understanding of the package.  Received no reply email, I called and they confirm that the package includes complimentary party room hire & drinks (water & cordial). At the end of the party we were charge an additional $150 for the complimentary party room hire & drinks.  We notice on leaving and tried to call back straight away to discuss and couldn’t get through so we returned to discuss face-to-face and were told it was not the arrangement. 
Reflecting on the experience some might say that now I’m being negative… however whilst quality of the food was eatable and the staff overall friendly I don’t feel their service overall was up to scratch as we needed to; chase timing of food, we bought our own cake but were told an extra set of clean plates - we would be charged, the welcome sign with our child’s name included another child’s name having a party later that afternoon so it seemed like it was a joint birthday, no toilet paper in upstairs toilet, a lot of construction and construction noise downstairs and had to ask them to stop, on a 34degree day had to ask for the aircon to be turned on upstairs, no party host (if we paid for the party room a party host would be included), equipment is ripped and torn considering it is a new venue and overall the variety of equipment and trampolines is better at Bounce.

I took my son here after purchasing a groupon offer. The place is good and some what clean however some of the equipment is torn and ripped and there was not much of an atmosphere here. The place is a lower grade trampoline park to places like counce. Worth going if you buy a groupon but it was the only time we have been.

Good place to take the kids, seems like it's a family business and they are trying their best to provide the best customer service. Coffee wasn't good though.

Awesome little place tucked away in Sunshine. The kids loved it. We will definitely be back
