Good restaurant to taste Sri Lankan food. Sri Lankan decorations will make u feel attracted. Food will cost few bucks more than in a usual restaurant in Panmure. A rice n curry fish at Walawwa or Embula is usually 15-16$ a takeaway. But here it was 20$ on 16/01/2022 I visited. And it was a small portion compared to those two restaurants I mentioned above. But making it worse it had only one green beans curry and one coconut sambol. I have attached the photo. So I wondered does it worth? Making it worse, the rice and the curry came in it did not taste good either. That might be the last time. Customer service is good though.

We ordered the masala chai jug which was amazing and perfectly sweetened to taste alongside that we had home made spring rolls and curry puffs which were top of the line!  The lump rice was full of flavour and so tasty and we could barely finish the street food rice which we will gladly eat tomorrow for lunch! I couldn’t decide what to pick from the menu as everything looks so delicious. So I went for this chicken “wrap” sorry i forgot the name with curry soup a side and I didn’t regretted. It was really good.

My first time at 7 SIRI Taste of Sri Lanka!  Such an excellent restaurant with all amazing decorations. Service was great. I ordered biriyani with lamb, it was deep flavor spicy rice with two kinds of special sauces. I have seen lots of people ordered deviled fried rice, can’t wait to try it next time!

This was a great place until few months back or until they revised their menu. But not anymore!!!  Bathmula is not value for money now and wasn't tasting great like earlier change of chef or management???. The chicken tastes bland or just like the ones that we get in Countdown or Pak'n'Save I felt they just warmed and served. Boiled egg is considered as one of the three no vegetarian "curries". Mutton and other were okay though.  Masala Those tastes good but definitely not worth for $18.  It was too hot inside at 6PM - the blinds weren't very effective and the ambience wasn't all great...

Cheap and surprisingly tasty. First time trying the sri lanka food. We ordered a couple of dishes, such as masala dosa, egg and cheese appa, and the lumprice. All tasted great. We will definitely gonna be back for more. Service was great too.

Great food and service with a smile. Authentic feel to the place. Loads of options for different dietary requirements gluten free, vegan etc.

Very nice and authentic Sri Lankan food I have ever tried in Sandringham road Must try this restaurant Taste of Sri Lanka

The first thing you’ll be greeting by are the wonderful aromas of homemade cooking. Being my first time trying Sri Lankan food, I was left very satisfied with my Lumprice and Roti coconut!. Service was lovely and it is a generally cozy spot.
