I don't do reviews, but this one i just had to. very rude staff. Lady standing behind the counter was shouting on every customer. it seems like she don't wana serve customer. when my turn came she start shouting on me without any reason that you have to put coffee on counter , don't hold coffee in your hand. that's so rude.
I went to many 7-Eleven stores, this one was the dirtiest store. The coffee machines have not been cleaned for ages. I think you have to keep clean it especially with the current situations with Covid various. I will not go to this store any more, and you too guys.
Hard to beat a $1 coffee and to be honest, it's not too bad at all.
I don't do reviews, but this one i just had to. Very, Very rude staff. I got iced coffee from the freezer, while i was filling it, i saw it had a hole. I got another one and notified the cashier. He said that i need to inform him as soon as i saw it was broken and not get anything till he is notified. I said fine, i'll keep that SOP in mind as it wasn't a big deal, there can be faulty products that they are not ware of. But then he says i need to pay for both. There was an argument and i couldn't believe the length he wanted to go to impose their logic. I said i will pay for both, i can even pay for three, its not the price that's the point here. He actually made a bill for three. I paid anyways and stormed out. Because of just this one attitude-driven-ego-centered-a-hole i am starting to hate going to 7-elevens and hope the owners will take action based on this event and monitor employee behavior. 7-11 is a great stop for coffee on the way to work in the morning and has a variety of drinks and snacks. They are well known for their Slurpees, which are sort of like slushies. Most of the staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Their are many 7-11s around Melbourne so you won't miss it. Overall I really like 7-11.
Very helpful staff to help me solve issues on mykki. The store is very clean and stuff looks very good. Really a very good store and i will come back every day.
