Today at 6:00 pm, I went to fill up my car. The girl at the register was very kind and explained to me how to use the 7-Eleven app. I had been going to the 7-Eleven in Broadbeach, and no one had ever explained it to me like she did. I didn't know I could get fuel discounts until she told me. She clearly has a talent for customer service. I will continue going there

Was a great experience,  staff were so helpful,  friendly,  store was clean and tidy

I was cheated by their staff at this location. They sale a wrong product and refused refund for me. Even though he prevented me to tap rate quality button. Staff very dangerous, pls careful him

Please inform your staff to keep eye on your pay and go tablet. It's very humiliating. I don't remember his name but he's offensive everytime I have visited here. Even my wife came here he also been rude with her. Seriously this is ridiculous.

Fuel is always 10c more per L.nnJust checking fuel price between 7 11 labrador vs here, 15c per L more!nnWould urge not to buy here until prices are competitive.
