My daughter just purchased fuel and it took 2x the amount. No offer ro help her. Put her bank in negative. And now she is stuck. She is a young teenager on her first job since leaving school, we are going to the bank, but poor servuce guys!!

Have rarely ever been to a 7-Eleven because we don't have them in New Zealand. I loved the feel of the store as well as the options. The Onigiri here was nice too. Loved the customer service given to me :

I'm going to rate them 1 star because she gave me my money back. I went in and bought 2 drinks and fuel lock price on the mobile card, I paid for it and stood their and she asked me am I waiting for a receipt after looking back an forth at me weirdly while paying, I took the receipt out and my partner looked at it and said that's incorrect she has charged us for 2 full priced drinks and an extra drink on top, forcing my partner to go back in and tell her how the receipt was wrong and that she has added an extra drink on, and charged me full price, I'm absaloutely shocked at how she blamed the scanner when she looked at me deliberately knowing something wasnt right and still proceeded to charge me an not double check and she would have seen the extra drink charge on the computer and wasted our time knowing that we used the 711 app and card for a fuel discount and discount on our drinks while times like ours right now hard enough without someone trying to rip you off, make sure you get your receipts and double check what your paying for considering this place is new ourt here, iv never had problems like this at the foodary or any other servo around town all have plenty of respect and always charger out cards the right amount. Yes that's right card so always double check anyways though for this reason. People arent so honest these days even if they do work.nn$5 is just not something I have to spare when fuel costs almost $2 per Litre!
