Jithen has no good customer service and sells of stail cinimon crispy cream dounuts and then has the hide to tell me they are fresh they are rock solid and my kids couldn't even eat them let alone myself then when the situation is addressed jintin treats me like I'm in the wrong all I did was but some doughnuts I will never fill my car up or spend another cent there ever again
The young men here are always nice and friendly, I usually stop for petrol and ice coffee before work. Today the car wash stopped half way through the wash and they were so good about it and reset it as quick as possible.
No bathroom for the kids to use. Discrase.
So, Just now. I filled up my tank and the cost on the pump was 47.88 when I went in to pay the guy at the counter charged me 57.53. Usually I don’t check my bank account right away. Thank god I did. So I went back in. And he paid me the difference. But on the other hand I had fuel price locked at 117.5 and scanned the app. Eventually paid 135.5 per litre but not sure where the discount went. Probably in the cashiers pocket. Disappointed.
Went there 4 times over the last 5 days, each time to refill my partner and my Slurpee Bottle which we had previously purchased back home Newcastle, and each time the person behind the counter tried to scan and charge us for the bottle and we had to repeat ourselves a number of times that we were just getting refills. Won't be going back again, don't have the patience for people not listening.
