Returned a sandwich that was off and the cashier told me I should know if something tastes off after the first few bites and that I had already eaten half of the sandwich while looking me up and down. When paying seven dollars for a sandwich I kind of hoped that I don’t have to guess if it’s off or not, and be blamed if it is. Was quite gobsmacked with the treatment.
I use to live close to this 711 so would always go there for the deals and cheap fuel. But I will now go there out of my way just to see the awesome staff. Especially Kelly, she is just amazing and is always so happy no matter how busy the place is. 711 is so lucky to have someone like that working there and should make sure she is appreciated. Peta is also an amazing team member but unfortunately I don't get a chance to see her often.
711 are always a great stop for fuel and food as they always have cheap pricing and their app has great deals . Don't forget about the weekly Tuesday fuel locking price golden stars all round
As a happy morning person it's key factor for me to see positive people around me in the early morning.nMorning staff is so kind and positive,place always has welcoming,comforting atmosphere.nWe love coming here even from Wannanup and after quick walk in foreshore with my 10 mo boy Felix in the morning.nThank you Pete!
Although I can get a discount with points from another store next to it I always come to this shop for fuel with a cup of coffee and donuts because of kind staff. Especially a lady with long blond hair always welcomes us with a big smile and tells us if there is any special promotion so I feel really comfortable and feel welcomed. Big thank you!
