Just went in to get fuel and a pie and drink. The fuel cost $56 and I gave him $100 cash. I got $24 in change. So the 1 little drink and pie costs about $20?? This other one it only costs about $8 plus getting anything other then fuel here is painful. Probably rolled my eyes a dozen times with poojah coming back and forth. Was about to Just give up and get the fuel. Is this India or Australia? can't u guys hire people with fluent English? Plus put some slits in the pay window for christ sake. I would of came to this gaso for the next few years but this is the last time. I tried 3 times in 3 months but this is it. Thankyou and goodbye
Hi store team manager, In your team crew member one lady was working her name is DEEPAL, I fill up my fuel today walk in side store to pay fuel and I paid 50$ cash rest of card that’s I told to her , unfortunately I didn’t have funds 23$ .10 cents and it never happens me before that I’m running out of cash and I come regularly to this store to fill up fuel it’s not a new to me, I told to her deepal I will pay you give me 5 minutes and she was start looking very serious on me and kept her face so bad rude behaviour yelling on me can’t even have a patience to her , and she was telling 4 times to me that I put drive off drive off drive off and I told I gave 50$ cash balance 23.10 $ still how you put all bill drive off if you want put on paper balance which I was not paid 23.10$ drive off but she was not accepting for put that 23.10$ and telling to me I keep all bill drive off ??? Is that the way she talks on me ??? And I requested please serve next people I will organise that 23.10$ in next 5 minutes and then I will pay and go out of store , Is I talk anything wrong manager ??? In that ??? She was looking very aggressive on me I ever never seen such a rude girl in my life ever , the way I’m talking very polite and I told her I will pay that balance money within a 5 minutes but honestly I paid in 4th minute she kept her face very aggressive even though when I was paying my rest of bill , I would recommend she needs to work on military borders not on 7 11 stores , she had tones of head weight nnPlease check surveillance cam manager how she behaves on me and you can see her face how aggressive she put on her facenRequesting this incident happens just around 4pm after posting this review.
Woman working tonight needs to learn some English. It’s like talking to a more-on. Price on shelf different to what scanned & it was like trying to explain to a potato!! Frustrating af!!!
The Lady serving in 7-eleven Rothwell on 31/03/2024 around 2:30pm was horrible. When I walked up to pay for fuel she was chatting with another customer more looked liked mate who was having coffee and chatting with her. I had to wait for a while as they were having chit chat about their personal life. After she served me there was review screen where I pressed the last option which was not really happy with the service. I thought we were done but while leaving she showed me middle finger from the counter wearing her 7eleven uniform. I reckon 7eleven should provide more training to their staff on customer service. Never had this type of experience before with any other 7eleven staff members. Very disappointed.
Great customer service and their food is terrific.nnI enjoy the app that locks in the price of the fuel.nnNo public toilet located at this particular petrol station at least when I asked..
