Girl staff was rude. I was holding many things in my hand and I was struggling to close the slurpee. I asked if she can help me in the counter when I was paying and she didn’t even blink. I then had to close it and there was a single drop on the floor. She very rudely said “There are drops on the floor now.” Very rude.nnI feel bad as the owner of this branch is nice.
Male staff member was rude and obnoxious. Tried to fill up on autogas and the attendant had parked his black BMW on the only left side LPG bay. He comes out and goes sorry I can’t move it now I’m the only one here showing no compassion knowing hes in the wrong , righty agitated he couldn’t handle an angry customer and then he refused service
Extremely Rude guy.nThis guy is a very bad image for Seven Eleven. Don’t go here guys.nnSame as the previous person who reported him here, he treated me so rude and it was again due to his poor communication/ customer service skills that he created an unnecessary situation. He shouldn’t be working there as he lacks basic customer service skills.
This is an amazing service station full of important products that meet all our last minute needs and they have the friendliest staff.nnThey are very attentive to our every need!nnBe sure to pop by!
The worst 7-Eleven experience ever.nWe go to this store all the time to buy ice for our restaurant, but after today I will never come back. On 20 September at 16:55, the cashier working there completely ruined it.nnI went in to buy 8 bags of ice. He insisted I had 11, arguing with me like I didn’t know how to count. I told him it was 8, but he wouldn’t stop. Finally I told him to come check. We went to my car, and of course, there were exactly 8 bags. Did he apologize? No. Did he say sorry for accusing me? No. He just stood there, silent and rude.nnAs if that wasn’t enough, when I started leaving a review on their in-store tablet, he told me: “Don’t push the screen, you have plenty of time.” Absolutely insulting.nnDisrespectful, arrogant, and unprofessional. This is how you lose loyal customers. I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place
