I come to this store all the time. It used to seem normal. But the attitude of the staff today made me uncomfortable. Their coffee machine seems to be broken. When I was making coffee. I didn't notice that the coffee wouldn't stop. Till I get my coffee out of the cup. Only a small amount of coffee and a large glass of milk remained. I poured out the coffee. Recreated a cup. When I went to check out, I was asked by the staff why I had poured out the coffee. I told him it was your coffee maker. The coffee spilled all over. The staff said there was nothing wrong with our coffee machine. i told them they could access the cameras. Later he checked with the manager and found out that I was not lying. he changed my attitude. Told me there was no need to pour it out and make another cup. Excuse me: If not poured away. Are you gonna put it back in the coffee maker?

Once can be a fluke, twice?? But what about third and fourth times? Don’t expect a greeting from any of the employees. They will not ask if you have the 7-11 app at the pay point & when you mention that you have it the look on their face is something like why didn’t you tell them ahead of time. And they will never tell you how much is your total bill even I know that is not their duty.  When I asked how much was the total he simply asked me to look at the machine. I was stubborn enough to repeat myself to know the total & the staff got frisky even one of his colleagues also came his rescue saying the company doesn’t allow them to say the amount. I don’t know about others but I even worked in a 7-11 when I was in the uni and we made sure all our customers felt welcomed. Doesn’t matter about their age, gender or color. I don’t know whether I’ve changed, the society changed or the 7-11 policy has changed.

The coffee is at 711 are too good and now, even though they've changed. The lids back to recycled plastic made life even then the cardboard

The staff working here ensured that I knew how to use the 7 Eleven app when I mentioned I'd accidentally locked the fuel price. Despite having done an overnight shift, the staff spent the extra few minutes to be kind out of their own time. Highly commend your work ethic.
