The staff at this 7-Eleven are always welcoming and ready to assist with any questions. The store is consistently clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff are always friendly and efficient, making my visits quick and enjoyable. I consistently receive excellent service, which keeps me coming back.
Was served by a lady called Sharma.nAbsolutely rude and unprofessional.nnThe shake machine gave less quantity compared to usual. To prove the theory, I transferred it to a smaller cup and the smaller cup was only 70% full. When I went to pay I told her that something is not right with the machine and then she started shouting at me saying that the cups aren't free, why did you transfer and waste the a cup. There were people watching and she kept shouting at me.nRight before me there where some locals who threw away slurpee cups because the slurpee wasn't frozen well. They threw some cups and refilled new ones with different flavors. She didn't tell them anything.nI have a feeling that she was being racist and didn't acknowledge that the machines there had some issues.nn7-Eleven needs to train their staff on customer service before putting them on floor.nAbsolutely disappointing experience
The store is super clean and the employees are super helpful and friendly. I got problems with my 7 eleven app and the staff helped me with the application they were super humble and supportive best customer service i have ever received.
What an absolute scam for a world wide company. I go in to grab a monster and sausage roll with the $6 meal deal. On the signage it has a sausage roll and a can of monster on the wall. I use the 7-11 app and she says it is not apart of the deal. It is literally stated on the signage all over the building, it’s one thing to forget to take the signage down but refusing me the deal because it is apparently not applicable to the items I grabbed. Absolute stupid considering literally written on the wall and on the 7-11 app. Do your job right and take the signage down is you are not going to honour the deals stated I definitely will be going literally anywhere else from now on.
It's weird you can't go into the store at certain times. I understand there might be security concerns, sometimes you need to browse to see what you want. Having one person running the shop all alone to keep costs down is probably where the problem lies.
