I’ve been coming to this store everyday for 3 years now. Having lived in America and seen many 7/11s. This store by far is the cleanest and spotless. The staff is very friendly and eager to help day and night.
Same as every other 7-11 stand-alone store with the usual selection of drinks, snacks and other items. Yes prices are higher than Woolies or Coles but you’re paying for convenience and the extended opening hours. Conveniently located right outside Chatswood train / bus interchange.
Bad service. Didn’t not offer us change for our $100 bill when we bought a $1 slurpy. Then later we came back asking if they had change and she gave us a death stare.
Poor customer service. Skinny Guy on a counter with ear rings working morning shift on Wednesday 26th has a very bad attitude with a poor customer service. He said he doesn't care about the customer as its not his bussiness. Poor Owner.
Waited outside for 30 minutes at midnight on 22/10. The server clearly saw me outside multiple times. Open 24/7 must clearly be a typo. Please replace the managers here with the managers that were on the side of the station!
Overcharged but she insisted she didn’t, turned out I was right. She wanted to hide the fact that she didn’t processed the previous customer’s payment and intend to cover it with my accidental tap. She was upset and very unpleasantly proceeded the refund. I was very offended by her uncanny attitude and rude behaviour.
It’s meant to be 24-hour convenient store, on two separate occasions once at 2am and 4am. No store person was seen for 5 mins even with knocking on the door
Very terrible experience with the guy name “Mohommad”. It was 5:00am in the morning I just came to buy a muffin and sandwich. I had a small electric scooter which I just parked at the entrance of the door which just took 5 percent space of the door as it was a very big entrance gate and it was very quite not busy Bcz of early morning. The customer service guy said park it outside the door. I just told him that it a very small scooter I will just take 5 minutes and get my muffin and sandwich and go away, but the customer service guy soo rude!!! he said “I don’t care even if you buy the whole shop”. I told him it’s not even busy no body is in the shop at 5:00 am. “He didn’t even listen to me and said any body can get hit at the door” I mean come on!!! There no body on street and also in the shop!!! Plus my scooter I just park at the corner of entrance so it does not block the way and hit anyone. The guy at customer service was so rudely speaking to me and not even listening to me. I will never buy anything from here again. This guy should be kicked out of the shop who doesn’t even know how to treat a customer properly!!!! Such a shame!!!
Worst seven eleven ever I have been too. There was a indian guy he is really rude every time and instead of serving he just said the store is closed what do you mean the store is closed it is supposed to be opened 24/7. This kind of staff should be sacked.
